We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-stitched needlepoint products; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on all unused, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your needlepoint goods in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the printed return invoice is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
